We want you to love what you ordered! If things didn't quite work out, here is how we handle returns.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will instruct you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Each ÉRA piece is crafted from sterling silver or finished with 14ct or 18ct gold plating and with a little care, its beauty will endure.

Avoid Water — Avoid wearing your jewellery near water, heat sources, windows, air conditioning units, or in the bathroom. Swimming pools are a no.

Skip the sweat — Remove your pieces before exercise or any strenuous activity. Perspiration accelerates tarnishing and dulls the finish.

Store with intention — Our original boxes and pouches are the ideal home for your jewellery. A sealed zip-lock bag works well if the original packaging is no longer to hand.

Layer last — Always apply perfume, lotions, and cosmetics before putting on your jewellery. Chemicals in these products will tarnish the metal over time.
